Although we have such a large building we quickly realized that our bathroom space wouldn’t be enough to support our taproom. We worked with our Architect to come up with a new bathroom layout and addition to accommodate our needs.

The new addition to 395 Fletcher street was born!

If you recall it used to be just a bit of old concrete between the two sections of our building. 

Notice the old wood doors in the photo? Well we have plans for those, but you will have to wait and see.

The old concrete was cut out and the hole for the addition footings was excavated. New concrete footings were poured and the addition base was framed up, then smoothed over with fresh dirt. The fresh dirt was moved around again to add in the plumbing requirements. The building exterior around the new addition was painted black to match the rest of our building and finally it was ready for framing.
